Sophie Potter-Mordant
BA (Hons), ACMIHaving graduated from the University of West London with a first-class degree in Business, Sophie has focussed her attention by working in the sales department for three Major Estate Agencies, all in Windsor Town Centre, where she sold a number of properties of varying styles and prices in local locations. Sophie prides herself on her approachable and friendly business manner, and aims to provide a service that she would like to receive if she herself was looking to acquire or dispose of a property. Having attended The Royal School (in Windsor Great Park), St Georges School Windsor Castle and Wellington College (in Crowthorne) as a student, as well as having worked in her gap years at Bishopsgate in Englefield Green and Brigidine/Queensmead School in Windsor, Sophie has a wonderful understanding and knowledge of the local schooling and is happy to provide any guidance. Additionally, having lived in Englefield Green, Winkfield and now Windsor Town Centre, Sophie considers herself well versed in her familiarity with all surrounding areas and would be more than happy to provide advice or give location information at any time.
Lance Mordant
Since graduating from Arnold House and Highgate Schools in London, Lance Mordant has focussed all of his professional attention to working in the Central London Property Industry. Following a brief stint at Hamptons, Lance opened his own office in his early twenties in Kings Road Chelsea, and then opened further offices in Belgravia, Fulham and Chiswick whilst other family members ran the three other North London offices, originally opened by Garnet Mordant, Lance’s Father. Lance Mordant has built up a very credible reputation over the years, working on a very personal basis for many private high-calibre clients, and prides himself of his ability to source and negotiate properties on and off the market in a very professional way. Most of Lance’s reputation and business has been created through personal recommendation from one client to another. Having lived in the home countries for the last 20 years, Lance Mordant felt the time was right to further pursue the family vibe and open another office based in Windsor on the High Street, which will be run in the same friendly way as the others, whilst still upholding traditional values. This office will seek to cover all areas surrounding Windsor town centre, however Lance Mordant will continue to operate in Central London in the property sector as well.
